khuag gar koi khuab udhara de do
kehkashan rakh lo mje aik sitara de do
dil ke sagar ko tumhen sonp dia hai kab se
ho sake to zara aankhon ka kinara de do
koi khushboo ke janaze ko sanbhale kab tak
kab talak hijr gulabon ka lahoo mange ga ?
wisl kab tak younhi kalion ka muqaddar hoga ?
kab talak rat ki rani na seher dekhegi?
kab talak chand ki jogan ko bhtakna hoga ?
ho sake to koi jhoota sa hi Lara* de do
pehle tum de bhi chuke ho to dobara de do
mujh ko tabeer ka dhundla sa ishara de do
khuag gar koi khuab udhara de do
